9th Healthcare Symposium

Empowering Pharma with Data and AI: Simplifying the Complex

9th Healthcare Symposium

Tuesday, 10 September 2024 - Wednesday, 11 September 2024
Berlin

Bertelsmann Representative Office, Unter den Linden 1, 10117 Berlin

You can look forward to immersing yourself in Artificial intelligence (AI). Discover with the experts from Arvato Systems, EXTEDO, ROTE LISTE®, regenold GmbH, and other partners how AI and data management can put your pharmaceutical company in the fast lane. We will present practical applications with our brilliant speakers that will provide valuable insights. The focus will be on the areas of manufacturing, logistics, and regulation, as well as MedTech and Startups. The serialization of pharmaceuticals will also be covered with a focus on AI and will, therefore, not be neglected.

The two-day event is for IT professionals and users in the pharmaceutical industry who want to learn more about the possibilities of AI and data management. Join us, and let's shape your digital future together! Don't miss the inspiring presentations, interactive discussions, and networking with leading minds in the industry. We will end the first day of the event with an evening event that will include delicious food and drinks.

When registering, please note that the event will be in English, and that regenold will hold breakout sessions on day one and ROTE LISTE® on day two parallel to the agenda. After Koen Kas' presentation, Reginald will start a two-hour deep dive with all interested parties on the top topic of DTx - in which they will show case studies, present demos, and discuss in an interactive panel. On the second day, join the ROTE LISTE® session and engage with the project management team on the next steps and practical methods for converting your electronic product information leaflets (ePILs) into a structured format. Learn how this initiative can streamline processes and improve the delivery of information to patients.

Unfortunately, registration for the 9th Healthcare Symposium is no longer possible as all tickets have already been allocated.

Speaker & Abstracts

Wilma Werner, Moderation

Wilma Werner is a business psychologist, qualified coach and trainer and has seahorses. In addition to these impressive qualifications, she has ten years of experience as an independent coach, trainer and moderator, she loves storytelling and has a rhetorical repertoire ranging from academic-diplomatic to pithy-Ruhrpott and uses it widely. As a moderator, she will guide our specialist audience through this year's Healthcare Symposium.

Dr. Alexander Blass, NEURA Robotics

Keynote: Cognitive Robots - A New Era of Collaboration between Humans and Machines

Dr Alexander Blass heads up Operations at NEURA Robotics with a passion for innovation and process optimisation. His career began with a degree in mechanical engineering, followed by a master's degree in aerospace. His doctorate in turbulence research gave him a profound insight into complex dynamic systems.

At Neura, Dr Blass is also responsible for the balance between turbulent dynamics and structured development. As Head of Operations, he ensures that the company works effectively and continues to develop in order to drive forward technical innovations. Under the guiding principle "we serve humanity", NEURA Robotics is working to expand the capabilities of robots with cognitive abilities so that they can work together with humans in existing environments without complex and costly safety systems to make numerous areas of work more attractive, safer and more social. Look forward to exciting insights into how cognitive robotics will also revolutionise the healthcare sector.

Dr. Klaus Suwelack, Johnson & Johnson

Market Access & Beyond: How Do I Pick Up Speed Using AI?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing market access in the pharmaceutical industry by enhancing timing, predictability, and outcomes. This is crucial in a complex landscape with challenges such as regulatory approval, health technology assessment (HTA), pricing negotiations, and patient access programs. AI offers powerful solutions by leveraging predictive analytics, machine learning models, and real-world data integration to address these challenges. It transforms regulatory affairs, HTA, pricing and reimbursement, and patient access programs, with real-world examples and case studies demonstrating its applications. Additionally, AI-driven clinical decision support tools assist doctors in making more informed decisions for their patients. Look forward to a deep dive with Dr. Klaus Suwelack.
