Dr. Angela Bischoff has over 20 years of experience in advising international clients on various aspects of commerce platforms, omnichannel strategies, finance, and logistics processes, focusing on digital commerce. She is responsible for project management and product development, specializing in e-commerce solutions and methods for retailers and manufacturers. Her expertise extends to managing international teams of experts at Arvato Systems, where she plays a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in the digital commerce landscape. Dr. Bischoff's expertise lies in navigating complex process chains and providing tailored consulting services that optimize companies' e-commerce operations.

Anna Graf, Arvato Systems

Anna Graf is a renowned expert on Web3 and works on the development of generative AI, immersive technologies and spatial computing. Since 2010, she has been committed to shaping our society through technological progress, with a strong focus on sustainability and gender equality. At Arvato Systems, she advises on digital transformation with a focus on emerging tech. Her career reflects the connection of new technologies to drive transformative change in digital and physical spaces. The convergence of decentralized infrastructure, immersion and GenAI plays a crucial role in this.

Jörg Heinemann, OTTO

Jörg Heinemann has been with OTTO since June 2012 and Innovation Evangelist since 2022. He is also involved with OTTO in the German Digital Economy Association as Lab Head of Social Commerce. Jörg has been active in e-commerce & marketing since 1999 - first as the founder of a mail order company, internet portal for students and event formats, then as a project manager in the cinema (Cinestar), food (Bäckerei Junge) and cruise (TUI Cruises) sectors. He has always remained true to his passion for innovation, marketing and digitalization.

Lea Horn, Arvato Systems

Lea Horn is an experienced sales and marketing executive with a deep understanding of digital transformation in the tech and IT industry. She is a strategic consultant and expert in innovative customer experiences and new technologies, with more than ten years of experience consulting and implementing national and international customer projects. Since 2023, she has also been a chair member of the Federal Association for the Digital Economy (BVDW), where she helps shape the digital economy, especially in medium-sized businesses.

Daniel Kröner, Arvato Systems

Daniel Kröner focuses on Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM). With over 15 years of experience in consulting and system implementation for national and international customers in the retail and automotive sectors, he offers in-depth expertise. In collaboration with his highly qualified team of product data experts, he supports customers in successfully positioning themselves for future challenges in eCommerce through optimally designed processes and outstanding product data quality in conjunction with generative AI.

Andreas Moos, Arvato Systems

Andreas Moos is a Business Development Manager passionate about innovation and creative technological solutions. As an experienced founder in the start-up scene, he has gained valuable insights into working with small and large companies over many years. In the process, he has developed omnichannel solutions, marketplaces, apps, and last-mile solutions and has become familiar with numerous facets of e-commerce.

Katharina Moser, RTL+

Katharina Moser has been with RTL+ since 2021. She was initially a consultant to the management of RTL+, where she was primarily responsible for strategic projects relating to RTL+. Since October 2022, she has been working as Product Growth Manager, where she finds new growth areas for RTL+, especially in e-commerce and customer engagement.

Matthias Nawrocki, ERGO

Matthias Nawrocki is an experienced technology generalist and strategic visionary with a successful career as a technology manager spanning more than a decade. As a graduate engineer in electrical engineering and computer science, he combines in-depth technical knowledge with comprehensive expertise in technology and innovation management, idea management, strategy development, business model development as well as project and product development.


He is currently applying his extensive expertise as Head of Metaverse at ERGO Group AG, a leading German insurer, where he implements and drives innovative solutions in the areas of virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality and Web3. His career is characterised by his ability to effectively bring interdisciplinary expertise to transformative projects that seamlessly combine technology and management.

Anne Lisa Nguyen, IFH Cologne

Anne Lisa Nguyen has been working at IFH Cologne and the ECC Cologne brand since December 2016. With her extensive knowledge of current trends and developments in the digital retail world, she helps companies to get fit for the future. Anne Lisa Nguyen is also a sought-after speaker and moderator at top-class industry events and a lecturer in advertising and consumer psychology at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. She previously completed her bachelor's and master's degree in business psychology with a focus on market and media psychology in Cologne.

Mark Wächter, Metaverse Monday

Mark Wächter ist Mobile Aficionado der ersten Stunde. Als Marketer mit 13 Jahren Senior-Management-Erfahrung (Unilever, UUNET, WorldCom, T-Mobile) gründete er im Mai 2005 eine Mobile Strategy Beratung. Mark war Gründer und langjähriger Vorsitzender der Fokusgruppe Mobile im BVDW und ist Executive Chairman der Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) in Deutschland sowie Mitglied des MMA EMEA Board. Er ist Co-Founder der legendären MobileMonday Bewegung und brachte sein Know-how in die Gründung von Metaverse Monday ein. Im Januar 2016 veröffentlichte SpringerGabler sein Standardwerk Mobile Strategy. Mark ist ein aktiver Gestalter der Digitalen Transformation mit tiefem Wissen über disruptive Technologien, die Plattformökonomie und die notwendigen Veränderungsprozesse. Sein profundes Wissen über Asia Tech und aufkommende Technologien wie Generative AI, Web3 und das Metaverse machen ihn zum perfekten Management Angel und Soundboard für Entscheider, um die Herausforderungen des Tech-Tornados zu meistern.
