Revolutionizing Accounting: Accounting as a Service (AaaS) at Riverty

As a leading financial services provider, Riverty Administration Services GmbH solves complex accounting challenges. Many companies are increasingly recognizing the disadvantages of manual accounting processes and the large number of interfaces to third-party providers. These often lead to inefficient processes, high costs and staff shortages due to a lack of specialists.

To meet these challenges, Riverty has teamed up with Arvato Systems to develop an innovative solution that puts the company's internal accounting system on autopilot!

Our shared vision was to develop a powerful order-to-cash system that offers customers a fully automated, full-service accounting solution.

The aim was to reduce costs and free up resources that companies can invest in growth and scaling. In addition, the solution had to be easy to integrate and flexibly adaptable in order to easily implement new requirements such as additional countries, currencies and payment methods.

This is why we have jointly developed the "Accounting as a Service" product, a highly innovative SAP HANA-based accounts receivable management system. It is operated in the Arvato Systems data center. Thanks to bundled input interfaces and the integration of function modules via SAP HANA, Riverty and the specialists at Arvato Systems were able to build a highly efficient product that automates 99% of payment reconciliations and receivables management from start to finish. In complex exceptional cases, Riverty's accounting experts are on hand to offer manual solutions with their specialist expertise. Today, well-known customers from the e-commerce and mobility sectors, among others, use our product and benefit considerably from automated accounting.
