Leadership principles

KGaA's corporate constitution and specify the partnership-based understanding of leadership anchored in the Bertelsmann Essentials. These principles apply to Bertelsmann managers all over the world. Bertelsmann was one of the first companies in Germany to recognize and implement the importance of partnership-based dialog between managers and employees.
