Registered Secondary VCSP

Registered Secondary VCSP: Develops, sells, markets and supports VMware Cloud Foundation service offerings that are based on "Secondary DC" or "Primary DC".
The new white label model removes the previous restriction and allows use on any hardware, even if it is owned and operated by the "Secondary VCSP".
