Description of the technical and organizational measures

The Arvato Systems Group has subdivided all processing that it carries out for customers into processing categories. The following text contains brief definitions of all processing categories, which document Arvato Systems' understanding of the content of the respective processing category. The client is also enabled to assign each processing category selected in the contract for order data processing for his business model to the relevant technical and organizational measures of this processing category.
